Key Responsibilities
- Manage, Prepare Statement and close large single-site and multi-site, multi-state portfolio transactions.
- Ensure all escrow instructions are followed, and all parties meet their respective obligations.
- Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Prepare and review closing documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct thorough due diligence to identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the transaction process.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of all transactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and partners throughout the closing process.
- Stay up to date with industry regulations, trends, and best practices.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience required in commercial escrow, with a proven track record of managing large and complex transactions.
- Strong knowledge of escrow, title, and real estate principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, while maintaining a high level of productivity and accountability.
- This is a salaried position, offering a competitive compensation package commensurate with experience and performance.
- Ability to work flexible hours- the hours are 9 to 5 but will occasionally be required to work late. No less than 40 hrs per week with overtime being necessary on some days
