Summary

As an Escrow Officer at Old Republic Title, you will be at the heart of real estate transactions, expertly coordinating closings and ensuring that every detail is meticulously managed. This position is fast paced. This person will manage national closings, including large single-site and multi-site, multi-state portfolio transactions. The transaction amounts will range from millions to billions of dollars. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in national commercial escrow and be capable of handling complex, high-value transactions with precision and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, Prepare Statement and close large single-site and multi-site, multi-state portfolio transactions.
• Ensure all escrow instructions are followed, and all parties meet their respective obligations.
• Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Prepare and review closing documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct thorough due diligence to identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the transaction process.
• Maintain detailed and organized records of all transactions.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and partners throughout the closing process.
• Stay up to date with industry regulations, trends, and best practices.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience required in commercial escrow, with a proven track record of managing large and complex transactions.
• Strong knowledge of escrow, title, and real estate principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and remotely, while maintaining a high level of productivity and accountability.
  
  

Compensation

• This is a salaried position, offering a competitive compensation package commensurate with experience and performance.
  
  

Expected Hours

• Ability to work flexible hours- the hours are 9 to 5 but will occasionally be required to work late. No less than 40 hrs per week with overtime being necessary on some days
  
  

Work Location: Hybrid in Office and Remote (in office 2.5 days a week)
