We are a small family business in Felt, Idaho (near Driggs, Tetonia, Victor) offering quality, hard-to-find iron hardware. We are a laid-back environment with a focus on productivity. Hourly wage based on experience, paid weekly.
Responsibilities
-Interact with customers via telephone calls and live chat to provide information and assistance
-Achieve productivity standards and goals while maintaining the highest level of customer service
-Process transactions and reply to inquiries about products and services

Job Duties:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email and live chat
- Record customer information within our customer service database
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
- Other duties as requested
- Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
