Job Overview :
As a Change Management Director of a leading multinational insurance and financial services provider, you will be responsible for leading and driving change management strategies for large-scale, complex transformations across the organization. Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Leadership :
Lead and define the overall change management strategy for key transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company's business objectives and long-term goals. Champion the change agenda at the highest level and inspire a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
Change Management Framework Development :
Develop and implement a comprehensive change management framework tailored to the company's needs. This includes methodologies, tools, and processes for managing organizational change, integrating with project management and agile delivery approaches.
Stakeholder Engagement :
Collaborate with senior leadership, business unit leaders, and HR teams to ensure alignment on change initiatives. Lead the stakeholder mapping process, manage key relationships, and drive engagement with employees at all levels to ensure smooth adoption and sustainability of change.
Project Management Oversight :
Oversee and monitor the progress of change management activities within strategic programs and initiatives, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with key performance indicators (KPIs).
Training & Development :
Oversee the design and delivery of training programs to equip employees with the necessary skills, knowledge, and mindset to embrace new ways of working. Develop leadership programs focused on change leadership and resilience.
Risk Management & Mitigation :
Identify potential risks and resistance points related to change initiatives and proactively address these through risk mitigation strategies, including communication, engagement, and support initiatives.
Communication Strategy :

Measurement & Reporting :
