Job Overview :

As a Change Management Director of a leading multinational insurance and financial services provider, you will be responsible for leading and driving change management strategies for large-scale, complex transformations across the organization. This includes overseeing the design, execution, and delivery of change initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and ensure that business goals are met with minimal disruption. You will work closely with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders to drive change across a global footprint, focusing on the financial services and insurance sectors.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Leadership :

Lead and define the overall change management strategy for key transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company's business objectives and long-term goals. Champion the change agenda at the highest level and inspire a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.

Change Management Framework Development :

Develop and implement a comprehensive change management framework tailored to the company's needs. This includes methodologies, tools, and processes for managing organizational change, integrating with project management and agile delivery approaches.

Stakeholder Engagement :

Collaborate with senior leadership, business unit leaders, and HR teams to ensure alignment on change initiatives. Lead the stakeholder mapping process, manage key relationships, and drive engagement with employees at all levels to ensure smooth adoption and sustainability of change.

Project Management Oversight :

Oversee and monitor the progress of change management activities within strategic programs and initiatives, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with key performance indicators (KPIs).

Training & Development :

Oversee the design and delivery of training programs to equip employees with the necessary skills, knowledge, and mindset to embrace new ways of working. Develop leadership programs focused on change leadership and resilience.

Risk Management & Mitigation :

Identify potential risks and resistance points related to change initiatives and proactively address these through risk mitigation strategies, including communication, engagement, and support initiatives.

Communication Strategy :

Lead the development and execution of internal communications for change initiatives, ensuring clear, concise, and compelling messaging across various communication channels. Ensure messaging resonates with diverse audiences, from employees to external stakeholders.

Measurement & Reporting :

Establish metrics to track the effectiveness of change initiatives, including adoption rates, employee sentiment, and business performance. Provide regular reports to senior management on the progress and impact of change management efforts.

Cultural Transformation :

Act as a change champion, promoting a shift in corporate culture, and ensuring that organizational values and behaviors are embedded in every aspect of the change process. Support the development of a culture of agility, innovation, and customer-centricity.

Key Requirements : Experience :

Minimum 10-12 years of experience in change management, transformation, or organizational development, with significant exposure to the financial services or insurance industries.

  • Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale, complex change initiatives in a global corporate environment.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and influencing senior leadership.

Education :

Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field (Master's preferred).

  • Certification in Change Management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is highly preferred.
  • Skills & Competencies :

    Strong understanding of the financial services and insurance sectors, including regulatory challenges, market dynamics, and digital transformation trends.

  • Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic, and complex environments.
