Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive accounting policies and frameworks in accordance with Reporting Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
- Supervise and provide guidance on the process of financial and regulatory reporting requirements, ensuring compliance with all public sector standards and practices.
- Collaborate across departments to support financial audits and develop strategies to optimize financial performance and reduce risks.
- Profound knowledge and expertise in Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, Regulatory Reporting, and Public Sector Reporting.
- Exceptional leadership abilities, capable of managing and inspiring a team to achieve excellent results.
- Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail and an ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, necessary for interacting with stakeholders and team members.
- 5 yrs of prior experience in Public Accounting Advisory is REQUIRED.
- CPA designation is highly preferred.
