You will also organize and manage open houses, install lockboxes, and meet with vendors for property maintenance and staging. Additionally, you will handle additional assignments as required to support the sales team.
To succeed in this role, you must possess an active California Real Estate License, a solid understanding of the real estate process, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, reliable transportation, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends.
