Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks following recipes
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Provide excellent customer service, including taking orders and addressing customer inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and dining area
- Upsell products and promote special items to customers
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in making coffee beverages
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems
- Knowledge of retail math for handling transactions
- Competency in cash handling and basic math skills
- Familiarity with cash registers and sales processes
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Prior experience in food service industry
- Excellent time management abilities
