Job Description
Responsible for full cycle talent acquisition process for positions of an assigned region within Omni Hotels and Resorts. This person is responsible for overseeing the hiring process, creating standards, supervising a team of recruiters and tracking metrics. This position will also assist the Shared Service Center with other aspects of recruitment as needed, and reports to the Director Recruiting.
*This position is located and works out of our Corporate Office in Dallas, Texas*
Responsibilities
- Post open positions and ensure they are cross posted to required job boards internally and externally.
- Maintain an accurate and consistent Applicant Flow Log and disposition candidates as necessary.
- Manage the applicant tracking system to ensure candidates are receiving appropriate communication.
- Manage a team of recruiters
- Implement sourcing methods and build professional networks
- Review resumes and conduct pre-screening of salaried applicants
- Schedule secondary interviews with the designated location and follow up with the hiring manager.
- Perform employment verifications and background checks on all selected candidates prior to job offer.
- Prepare offer letters and send new hire paperwork including I9’s when necessary.
- Follow Offer Letter approval process for management candidates and administering relocation packages.
- Ensure Employment Laws and Company Policies are adhered to during the recruitment process.
- Administer and analyze Predictive Index assessment.
- Prepares OFCCP response program.
Qualifications
- Previous high-volume recruitment experience of hourly and management workforce
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous leadership/team managment experience preferred
