Position Summary :
This team supports overall strategic and operational objectives for Analytical Development and Attribute Sciences that include capital and asset management, development excellence projects, lab operations, project management, resource management, external engagement, operational excellence and compliance.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated individual to join our team. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of business processes, supporting various teams in Analytical Development and Attribute Sciences, and contributing to overall organizational efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities :
- Compilation and communication of department performance metrics with appropriate tools
- Tracking progress on department goals and initiatives
- Analysis of operational data related to department performance
- Meeting logistics and support
