We are seeking a Private Chef for role with a diplomatic family in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. The family consists of 2 parents and 3 children, and they are looking for a chef who can prepare a high-level, but homestyle cuisine. Preference is for Mediterranean & Asian food, and breads/pastries.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in private households, specifically in European or South American settings. The family has a strong preference for chefs who have worked in private estates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily meals (lunch and dinner) with a focus on homestyle, healthy, and flavorful Mediterranean and Asian dishes.
- Create breads, pastries, and other baked goods for the family.
- Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Collaborate with the family to plan custom menus based on their preferences.
- Work in a calm, family-oriented environment.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Private Chef in a high-end, homestyle setting.
- Skilled in preparing Mediterranean, Asian cuisines, and baked goods (breads/pastries).
- European or South American background preferred
- Impeccable references for the last 3 years.
- Must be willing to undergo security checks and provide references.
- High-quality food portfolio (photos or Instagram link required).
