Omni Logistics, Inc. is an aviation ground handling company founded in 1984. Owned and operated locally, Omni is capable of handling any size of aircraft from small commuters to C‐130 cargo aircraft, as well as all Boeing, Airbus and ANTONOV models currently in service.
The Ramp Servicing Agent position provides a variety of activities related to the below the wing servicing of aircraft. A sample of the activities are: Operating motorized equipment including cargo and belt loaders, ramp tractors and aircraft loading systems; Reading and interpreting aircraft weight and
balance loading instructions, hazardous material identification labels, aircraft loading manifests and
baggage routing tags; And lifting and positioning baggage and cargo on aircraft.
Essential Functions:
‐ Load and offload luggage and cargo with the use of conveyor belts or forklifts
‐ Transport luggage and cargo to various airport locations
‐ Maintaining ramp and warehouse areas
‐ Marshaling and pushing back aircraft
‐ Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
‐ Must be able to pass a Federal background check.
‐ Must be at least 18 years old
‐ Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
‐ High school diploma or equivalent required
‐ Must be able to follow established procedures and must demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness in day to day activities.
‐ Must look for ways to improve and promote quality of service.
‐ Must apply feedback to improve performance.
‐ Must observe safety and security procedures.
‐ Report potentially unsafe conditions and use equipment and materials properly.
‐ Must be consistently able to report to work on time.
‐ Must be able to work effectively with a minimum of supervision or support.
‐ Must be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English.
‐ Position requires a valid Driver’s License and an acceptable driving record for the past three (3) years to be eligible under company vehicle insurance policy. Valid driver's license defined by the following: No DUI, DWI, reckless or negligent driving within the last five years, no suspensions, terminations or revocations in the last five years, and no more than three moving violations in the last two years
‐ Knowledge of operation of industrial equipment and previous experience preferred
‐ Some combination of education or experience that evidences a working knowledge of cleaning equipment and general cleaning processes.
‐ Exceptional interpersonal skills with an ability to get along with others
‐ Must be flexible to work any shift assigned within a 24 hour/day, 7 day/week operation including weekends, holidays and overtime as needed. Hours can include late nights and early mornings
‐ Able to lift up to 75 lbs. on a frequent basis required
‐ Able to obtain proper Airport and Federal agencies’ security clearance required
‐ Able to adapt to performing work according to set procedures
‐ Able to anticipate needs of others in a fast-paced environment
‐ Able to work at a constant and quick pace for up to two hours at a time
‐ Able to learn quickly and understand and interpret flight schedules and airline flight destination information

The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently pull/push-cart and lift and/or
move up to 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job includes close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works near moving mechanical parts,
