Position Overview
The Marketing Coordinator requires strong verbal and visual communication, project and event management, and analytical skills, along with knowledge of digital marketing and design tools. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with other members of the marketing and category management team with varying levels of responsibility and support for the activities listed below.
Key Accountabilities
Digital Marketing
- Create and implement digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (social, email, web, video)
- Track campaign performance using analytics tools and optimize for better results
- Help manage marketing leads via HubSpot and CRM
- Update website content (product pages, blogs) and collaborate with SEO partners to ensure optimization
Marketing creatives and collaterals
- Coordinate, liaise, and track updates of marketing material with category managers, marketing team members, and science and regulatory colleagues
- Support in maintaining database of all marketing activities
- Assist in the creation and development of visually appealing marketing materials (digital, print, swag, etc), ensuring alignment with brand identity and messaging
- Manage database of digital marketing assets and images
- Support and coordinate product prototype efforts
Industry events & other functional responsibilities
- Execute logistics of tradeshow, event and commercial team meeting plans (support with booth set up, marketing materials, sales support, room blocks, supplies, room set up, fulfillment, etc.)
- Manage marketing supply and maintain inventory
- Support in tracking global marketing budget and reconciliation
- Execute administrative tasks as required
- Assist with all other various marketing activities to ensure the smooth operation and success of the department
Skills & Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital communications, or related field
- 2-3 years of applicable experience
- Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, Canva, and Adobe Suite
- Experience with AI-powered marketing tools
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational proficiency
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work in a dynamic environment
- Understanding of the nutritional supplement industry is considered an asset
Experience
- 2-4 years of applicable experience
Physical & Environmental Job Demands:
- Overall, this position is sedentary but will include packaging materials and light lifting
- This job may require repetitive typing/mouse usage
