Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, training, associated responsibilities, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.

- While working closely with the Talent team, you will:
- Work on recruitment and sourcing projects with the broader recruitment team
- Learn the process of full-cycle recruitment from peers
- Help manage the intern program alongside the Omnicom Health intern team
- Work with the TA team and multiple stakeholders across he network to work on recruitment projects that will help the team excel and produce a positive impact on our current and future employees
