Team Overview
The Annalect Finance team is comprised of 20 members located in US and India supporting multiple P&Ls and global delivery teams. We are a tenured and supportive group who enjoy Annalect's dynamic environment and engaging company culture. We are seeking a solution-oriented Senior Revenue Manager who thrives in a collaborative environment and want to have a voice in solving the challenges of a growing and successful company.
The team includes Client Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis and Billing Operations functions and is responsible for executing month-end close, monthly forecasting, variance reporting to OMG / OMC, internal management reporting, profitability management, financial modeling to support new initiatives and ongoing financial risk assessment. We partner with Annalect leadership and liaise regularly with OMG & Omnicom agencies as well as OMG Accounting, Finance and Shared Services teams to execute our work.
Position Overview
Annalect is seeking an accounting / finance professional with at least 8 years of experience, who possesses superior accounting, financial reporting and analysis, leadership, organizational and interpersonal communication skills. Reporting to the Associate Director, Client Finance, this position is responsible for revenue recognition & billing, month-end close, income forecasting, reporting and analysis, client contract reviews as well as coordination with business leads and agency partners.
Key Responsibilities
The Senior Revenue Manager will be responsible for various aspects of financial accounting and operations :
- Manage end-to-end revenue process, including billing, coding, reconciliations, financial analysis, and reporting
- Oversee the execution of accurate and complete monthly revenue recognition and billing
- Lead and oversee development of revenue forecasts and budgets working in partnership with management
- Supervise all updates in Master Income Tracker with latest information obtained from business leads, agency contacts and client contracts
- Complete ownership of top-line income and ensure it's coding to appropriate departments / functions / P&Ls to enable product and business lead level reporting and profitability analysis
- Review client contract documentation and maintain files to support revenue recognition
- Lead coordination with agency partners, business leads and offshore teams to confirm status of fee approvals, client-specific fee reconciliation and reporting requirements, coordinate fee transfers and billing as needed
- Partner with business leads and business operations to analyze time sheet data to understand status of project work and assess financial risks
- Oversee monthly preparation and distribution of accurate income reporting to internal management and for communication to Segment
- Lead and mentor a team of 1-3 onshore and offshore resources, who are responsible for executing intercompany billings, journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and opportunities for revenue optimization
- Stay updated on regulatory changes, industry trends, and best practices in revenue management to ensure compliance and maximize revenue opportunities
- Manage all revenue related audit requests for client and internal / external audits
- Proactively identify and implement opportunities to improve business / financial processes and controls resulting in positive bottom-line impact
- Additional reporting and special projects as needed

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications / skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Compensation Range
98,000-$140,000 USD
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
