As a Lead Platform Specialist, you will manage a team of junior and mid-level specialists, ensuring the smooth delivery of Google Marketing Platform solutions to clients across their entire lifecycle. From onboarding to day-to-day support, escalations, growth initiatives, and beyond, you'll play a key role in driving client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships. You'll work closely with clients and your team to identify strategic opportunities for growth, while overseeing the development and success of your team. This role requires a blend of client management, leadership, and deep platform expertise, enabling you to lead both your team and your clients toward achieving their marketing objectives.
Responsibilities
- Team Leadership and Support : Lead a small team of Platform Specialists, ensuring effective management of client portfolios, facilitating team collaboration, and providing guidance on complex client issues and escalations.
- Client Relationship Management : Oversee the end-to-end client lifecycle, from onboarding to day-to-day management, support, and opportunities for client growth, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Strategic Growth Initiatives : Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to grow client investments in Google Marketing Platform, working with clients to optimize their strategies and expand platform usage.
- Process and Efficiency Improvements : Lead initiatives to refine internal processes, workflows, and documentation, ensuring consistency and efficiency across the team's operations and improving client outcomes.
- Collaborate with Internal Stakeholders : Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, AdTech and Solutions Consulting, Digital Analytics, and Google's product support teams, to align on client needs and provide strategic insights.

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications / skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include : health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD / LTD insurance benefits.
Compensation Range
100,000-$120,000 USD
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
