Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, calibration, and repair of analytical instruments in R&D and medical laboratory settings.
- Install and set up new instruments at customer sites.
- Maintain and manage inventory, service documentation, trip planning, and administrative tasks related to field service operations.
- Provide technical support and training to customers on the proper use and maintenance of equipment.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering timely and effective service.
- Travel up to 75% to customer locations within the assigned territory.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining complex analytical instruments used in R&D or medical laboratories.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a high standard of customer service and technical excellence.
- Proficiency in working with electronic schematics, test equipment, and repair tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Valid driver’s license and passport (for occasional travel needs).
