We are seeking a skilled Marketing Content Analyst to join our team! In this role, you will oversee the creation, development, and management of marketing content projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with our brand’s voice and goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, assist with writing project briefs, and handle various content needs, including copywriting and other marketing tasks across both digital and traditional platforms.

Requirements
We are seeking a candidate with:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.
- 4 years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or content management, preferably within a marketing or digital marketing environment.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Excel), marketing automation tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Pardot), and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and analytically.
- Bonus: Some experience with SEO best practices and content optimization.
- Experience in the building products and materials space is a plus.
Duties and Responsibilities
A typical day may include:
- Content Management: Lead and manage the execution of content projects, ensuring all content is produced on time, within scope, and to the highest standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage individuals across multiple departments.
- Copywriting & Editing: Write and edit compelling copy for various marketing materials, including website content, internal communications, email campaigns, product descriptions, and social media. Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.
- Project Brief Creation: Develop clear and concise project briefs to communicate objectives, timelines, and content requirements to internal teams and external partners.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, design, sales, and product teams to ensure content consistency and alignment with business goals.
- Content Strategy Support: Assist in developing and executing content strategies that drive engagement, lead generation, and customer retention across various channels like social media, email, and web content.
- Additional Marketing Tasks: Support smaller marketing tasks, such as managing content calendars, conducting content audits, or coordinating content distribution across platforms.
- Performance Tracking: Assist in monitoring content performance and provide insights to optimize future content creation using various marketing automation tools.
