Job Summary
The BDM role will focus on identifying and developing new relationships in a B2B environment. The ideal candidate is energetic, friendly, trust-worthy, driven, strong work ethic and solution-focused. Experience with lead generation tools to identify qualified prospects is key in this role. The Business Development manager will display the ability to quickly prioritize task and manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment work environment
Responsibilities
- 3-5 years of solid-working knowledge of the staffing industry, providing total workforce solutions
- Market research, forecasting and database management
- Identify and build relationships with prospective customers through phone, office visits, networking events, presentations and negotiations
- Collaborate with internal OBC leadership to ensure current and potential customers receive an effective representation of our value-propositions
- Effectively manage time to meet minimum daily metrics and deadlines
