Responsibilities:
Assist hair color scientists in developing new hair color formulations. This will involve problem solving, lab batching, analysis, and testing. The scientist should competently understand test methods required to deliver a quality product and conduct laboratory experiments.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare lab batches for hair color applications and conduct testing to verify release criteria.
- Conduct stability and efficacy testing including detailing experiments, analysis, and summary of results.
- Maintain documentation of lab results, conclusions, and next steps.
- Contact suppliers and in-house experts to source raw materials or data as needed.
- BS/MS in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field plus 0-4 years of experience
- Prior experience in Hair Color/Care or Consumer Products formulation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and positive attitude.
- Strong communication and analytical skills. Quick learner.
- Strong data management (excel etc.)
