Front of House Beverage Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Manager to oversee the daily operations of On Par Entertainment in Beavercreek OH across the street from the Greene. The ideal candidate has experience delegating tasks, has good file organization skills, and is capable using Google Sheets/Docs (or Microsoft Excel/Word). On Par Entertainment is unique in that it doesn't have bartenders or servers.

On Par Entertainment has 3 floor managers for the front of house, each with their own responsibilities. Each manager is responsible for opening and closing the store as well as managing the front of house staff members (Security and Beverage Wall Ambassadors). On Par Entertainment has a beverage, staffing and facilities manager. We are currently looking to fill the role of beverage manager. This position oversees the 102 self pour taps on the 2 tap walls. The position and includes a Beverage Wall Ambassador facilities assistant who makes the cocktails and helps with beverage related items. There is beer or alcohol knowledge required for this position as the primary role is delegation and floor manager duties.

Hours of operation are Sun-Wed 11:00am-11:00pm, Thurs 11:00am-11:15pm, Fri-Sat 11:00am-1:15am. The 3 floor managers are responsible for opening and closing the store.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and help the beverage manager assistant create and make cocktails.
• Take inventory of the 102 self pour taps.
• Take inventory of bottle service
• Procurement of alcohol, mixers and supplies.
• Ensure the 3 walk-in freezers are clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times
• Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest experiences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

Experience

• Proven experience in management.
• Demonstrated skills in delegation and supervising staff.
• A passion for cultivating a fun and positive atmosphere for the guests and the staff.
