Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Manager to oversee the daily operations of On Par Entertainment in Beavercreek OH across the street from the Greene. The ideal candidate has experience writing schedules, has good file organization skills, and is capable using Google Sheets/Docs (or Microsoft Excel/Word). On Par Entertainment is unique in that it doesn't have bartenders or servers. There is one front of house position to manage.
Responsibilities
- Create and adjust the schedule for the FOH staff (around 20 people).
- Support the trainer and assist them.
- Collaborate with the Events and Marketing Managers to coordinate scheduling for special events.
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning to optimize operational efficiency.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest experiences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Experience
- Proven experience in creating staffing schedules.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and dining service practices.
- Demonstrated skills in labor budgeting and supervising staff.
- A passion for cultivating a fun and positive atmosphere for the guests and the staff.
