We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Associate Marketing Manager to support and execute client campaigns with precision and excellence. This role will leverage 84.51’s suite of tools—including Prism, Kroger Ad Platform, CAAM, and Stratum—along with other industry resources to deliver impactful marketing solutions. As a key contributor, you will utilize industry trends, shopper insights, and data-driven analytics to identify growth opportunities, increase profitability, and expand market share for our clients. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of client campaigns.

Responsibilities :

  • Utilize 84.51 tools (Prism, Kroger Ad Platform, CAAM, Stratum) to activate campaigns and analyze performance
  • Track & manage campaign details including campaign lists, campaign submissions, and project deadlines
  • Lead day-to-day client partner communication around campaign submission requirements
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure campaigns meet client objectives and identify growth opportunities to       enhance campaign performance and ROI
  • Stay informed on industry trends and shopper behaviors to guide strategy development
  • Support ad hoc projects as assigned by Clients, Business Managers and Directors

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience :

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in shopper marketing or digital media
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Suite of tools : Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools, systems, and technologies
  • Proven client service orientation with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
