Description
The Design Studio Liaison is responsible for scheduling and completing pre-contract browse appointments for prospective buyers. They are the primary contact for sales inquiries regarding pricing, scheduling, and floor plan questions. Interacts with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, and concerns, and returns calls promptly.

Responsibilities:
- Must be able to work weekends.
- Schedules and completes pre-contract browse appointments for prospective buyers
- Interacts with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about the Design Studio
- Serves as the primary contact for sales for scheduling, pricing, and assisting with questions
- Processes contractual exceptions for changes or corrections when necessary
- Creates and maintains pricing spreadsheets for selections per model, upgrades, and homeowner charges for each home
- Provides the highest level of customer service to all current and future buyers
- Communicates with customers to establish clear goals and expectations for each experience
- Ensures the Design Experience for homeowners and guests by maintaining the established standards
- Greets each guest or visitor positively and enthusiastically, creating an excellent first-impression experience
- Interacts with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about the Design Studio
- Promotes the enhancement of upgrading standard lines
- Becomes educated in the line of products carried, their uses, prices, etc. to effectively communicate with guests
- Attends all product sales training meetings to stay knowledgeable of all new and upcoming product lines on the market
- Maintains thorough product knowledge and availability awareness at all time
- May open and close the Design Studio as needed
- Must be able to work weekends and occasional evenings as needed
- Performs all duties in adherence to OTOW standards
- Strives to maintain a safe working environment through the prevention of accidents, the preservation of equipment, and the achievement of safe working practices
- Maintains a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors, and coworkers
- Performs other duties as assigned
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required, Associates Degree preferred
- 3 years of experience in a similar position preferred
Skills and Knowledge:
- PC proficiency is essential
- Must be able to read, write, and understand English and have good verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
- Energetic, driven, and focused on delivering a world-class customer experience in every interaction
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle including multiple passenger transit vans
- Well organized, ability to multi-task, efficient
- Ability to convey messages and ideas concisely and effectively with professionalism
- Ability to establish rapport with others and cultivate relationships easily

Certifications and Licenses
- A valid Florida Drivers License with acceptable driving history is required
