• Develop, implement, and monitor internal control policies to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct account reconciliations and analyze financial statements for discrepancies and improvements.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring compliance with GAAP/IFRS.
• Support internal and external audits, providing documentation and addressing findings.
• Collaborate with global teams to align financial and operational goals.
• Identify and assess risks, ensuring compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and other regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in accounting, internal controls, or audit roles.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and internal control frameworks (e.g., COSO).
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle); advanced Excel skills.
• Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
