Overview:
A growing structural engineering consulting firm is seeking two motivated professionals to join their team—one entry-level engineer and one with 2–5 years of experience. The work will involve designing structural systems for new buildings, renovations, and additions across various commercial and institutional projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the structural design of building systems (steel, concrete, masonry, wood) for commercial and industrial projects
- Perform calculations, modeling, and design documentation for new construction and retrofit projects
- Collaborate with project teams including architects, MEP engineers, and construction professionals
- Use Revit and BIM tools to support the creation of technical drawings and 3D models
- Contribute to project planning, technical detailing, and QA/QC efforts
- Maintain consistent communication with team leads and contribute to internal coordination and client meetings
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a concentration in Structural Engineering (Master’s degree preferred for mid-level role)
- 0–5 years of relevant structural engineering experience
- Proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows preferred (training available)
- Strong technical and analytical skills with attention to detail
- EIT certification or ability to obtain it within one year
- Effective communicator and team player eager to grow in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work on multiple projects with shifting priorities and deadlines
