We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to lead sales growth and client development in the multifamily renovation sector. The ideal candidate is a sales-driven professional who thrives on building relationships, negotiating deals, and closing contracts in the multifamily space.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development: Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in the multifamily renovation and construction space. Develop and execute strategies to grow the client base through networking, referrals, and cold calls.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including property owners, asset managers, and developers. Conduct frequent in-person meetings to understand client needs and ensure satisfaction.
Market Strategy & Research: Analyze market trends, client challenges, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and position offerings effectively.
Proposal Development & Negotiation: Develop and present proposals, job scopes, and pricing solutions. Respond to RFPs, negotiate contracts, and close deals aligned with client budgets and objectives.
Project & Account Oversight: Oversee a portfolio of accounts, manage performance, and conduct quarterly business reviews. Track sales activity and create CRM.
Industry Engagement: Represent One Call at trade shows, conferences, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Operational Support: Assist with job walks, invoices, collections, and due diligence.

Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of successful B2B sales experience, ideally in construction or multifamily renovation.
- Proven track record of relationship-based selling and closing high-value deals.
- Experience with construction sales and knowledge of capital improvements, interior renovations, restoration, and general terminology.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven to exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regionally (50% field time).
- Proficiency in creating compelling sales presentations, bids, and proposals.
- Existing book of business or loyal client base is highly desirable.
- Flexibility to work overtime as-needed to ensure project success.
