What are the responsibilities and job description for the Roofing Office Manager and Assistant position at One Call Home Remodeling Group?
Responsibilities: (not limited to)
- Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary
- Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service
- Schedule lead appointments for our sales team
- Create proposals for approved projects
- Address all repair work orders coming in from Property Management
- Build New Relationship with Work sources
- Pull Permits and Schedule Inspections
- Interact with Crew Foreman and schedule
- Occasionally post permits
Requirements:
- Ability to work Monday- Friday (8 am - 4 pm) No weekends
- Possess strong organizational skills and must be detail oriented
- Must be customer service focused
- Excellent personality
- Team player
- Excellent people skills with clients and employees
- Bilingual - Spanish speaking a plus but not mandatory
