About The Role
Fostering global resilience starts with our team and therefore also with our recruiters who build it. This is no small task. Our unique mission requires a unique team: from PhD flood and seismic scientists who pair niche hazard expertise with deep data science skills to crack engineers who enable our unprecedented data ingestion capabilities to a business team that can translate category-creating vision into tangible value props for customers.
That said, to build this team, you too must be unique. 1C recruiters must be creative, dogged, and resilient themselves. Being data driven is a requirement, but so too is your empathy, understanding, and dedication to the mission of improving lives worldwide. But most critically, you must want to build.
