- Implement and enforce safety protocols on construction sites
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Proven experience in construction project management
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and building codes
- Proficiency in construction management software such as Coconstruct- Strong understanding of construction estimating and contract negotiation
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
