- Reviewing crop schedules and growing protocols to maintain standards.
- Growing plugs, rooted cuttings, potted plants, and field crops while adhering to specifications.
- Providing assistance to growers in crop maintenance.
- Monitoring and controlling watering, irrigation, and fertilization systems.
- Spraying, fogging, and applying bio controls to prevent pests and diseases.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Horticulture or related field.
- Experience in greenhouse operations is an asset.
- Excellent communication and follow-through skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
