For our 2025 season at Covenant Health Park, we are looking for enthusiastic and customer-friendly individuals to join our match day team as Ticket Scanners / Ticket Takers .
Job Summary
As a Ticket Scanner / Taker , you will be the first point of contact for fans attending our home matches. Your role is crucial in ensuring a smooth and efficient entry process while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities :
- Greet guests with a friendly and professional attitude as they enter the stadium.
- Scan digital and physical tickets using provided ticketing equipment.
- Verify ticket validity and assist guests with any ticketing issues.
- Direct fans to the appropriate entrances and seating areas.
- Enforce stadium entry policies and procedures.
- Answer general questions about the stadium, seating, and event details.
- Work collaboratively with security, guest services, and stadium operations staff.
- Assist with crowd control and ensure a safe and orderly entry process.
- Report any issues, suspicious activity, or incidents to the appropriate personnel.
