One Knoxville SC is a USL League One professional soccer club dedicated to delivering an exciting and professional matchday experience. For our 2025 season at Covenant Health Park, we are looking for hardworking and dependable individuals to join our Stadium Set-Up & Tear-Down Crew.
Job Summary
As a Stadium Set-Up & Tear-Down Crew Member, you will play a crucial role in preparing the stadium for matchday and ensuring an efficient breakdown post-game. This includes setting up and removing stadium signage, digital and physical field boards, concourse activations, and other matchday elements to create a seamless experience for fans and players.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with pre-match stadium setup, including field boards, digital and physical signage, and concourse activations.
- Set up any other matchday operational needs.
- Ensure all signage and branding elements are properly positioned and secured.
- Tear down and store signage, fieldboards, and stadium elements post-match.
- Assist with the breakdown and cleanup of group and hospitality areas.
- Work efficiently to complete all setup and teardown tasks within tight deadlines.
- Follow directions from operations staff to ensure all elements meet club standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized storage area for stadium materials.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment in various weather conditions.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Previous experience in event setup, stadium operations, or manual labor is a plus.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings & weekends based on the match schedule.
