Responsibilities: The Call Center Specialist is the first line of contact to our patients and stakeholders. This position supports all staff by answering and accurately relaying call to the appropriate staff person. This position also schedules appointments for patients. This position will work primarily in the role of customer service by greeting callers in a friendly manner and directing the caller to the appropriate person. This position requires exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and dedication to patient care.
Required Skills:
- Must possess excellent communication skills, the ability to interact well with a diverse group of individuals, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple assignments.
- Prefer at least 1 year experience in a customer service role.
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time.
