Responsibilities
- Perform regular inventory audits (monthly, quarterly, or annually) to ensure inventory records match physical /IT stock.
- Reconcile discrepancies between physical /IT inventory counts and system records.
- Prepare detailed audit reports for management and suggest improvements based on findings.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, discrepancies, or irregularities that could affect financial reporting and operational performance.
- Continuously evaluate inventory management processes and suggest enhancements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulations (e.g., data security, financial controls).
- Maintain accurate records of audits, stock movements, and discrepancies for future reference or regulatory purposes.
- Work closely with internal teams, such as Billing, Service Delivery, Service Assurance, Operations, and/or IT departments, to ensure inventory systems meet organizational needs.
- Associate’s degree in Supply Chain Management , Business, or related field (preferred but not required ).
- Strong experience with Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with inventory management software (NetSuite, SAP, others).
- No prior experience required , but experience with inventory management, auditing, or professional setting is a plus.
- Basic understanding of inventory control systems/principles i s a plus .
