Pay Rate: $18/hr
This position will be located at our Corporate Office: 2355 W Pinnacle Peak Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85027
Familiarity with wealth management operations processes, document retention rules, uploading documentation properly to the assigned accounts/clients and assist with investment services tasks.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Exposure to investment services within a financial institution and learning about wealth management operations
- Assist with investment services tasks (may include marketing, operations, and administrative duties)
- May include assisting with investment marketing (including review, revision, compliance requirements, financial budgeting for projects, and ghost etc).
- Providing administrative duties, including data entry, scanning, learning about the specific types of documentation and procedures required to properly administer an investment relationship at various stages
- Ability to stand/sit to collect and scan documents, and lift up to 15 lbs.
QUALIFICATIONS

- Senior majoring in finance or related major
- 3.0 GPA in major field of study
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite software
- Salesforce preferred

- Document scanning and upload to a retention system
- Ability to stand/sit and lift up to 15 lbs
