The Staff Accountant position is a blended role between client financial & regulatory reporting, offering unique opportunities to gain experience in various areas of accounting, including financial reporting, tax, and audit. The successful candidate will have the flexibility to explore different paths and determine their focus within the accounting field. Open to May 2025 graduates, with part-time internship opportunities until available for full-time work.

Essential Functions

• Prepare monthly financial reporting packages for our respective clients
• Help prepare certain tax forms for clients, including Form 990s, 5500s, 1099s, and other IRS / DOL required compliance forms
• Monitor and review bank statements and prepare bank reconciliations monthly
• Provide outside auditors with assistance; gather necessary account information and documents to perform monthly recording and annual financial statement preparation
• Review and understand the input of system adjustments and their relation to the financial statements
