If you're ready to shape and elevate a company’s voice, our Senior Communications Manager role is your opportunity to make a lasting impact. In this role, you'll craft and refine messaging that aligns with our brand, values, and mission to engage participants, employers, and partners. You'll implement modern tools to enhance communication efficiency while maintaining agility. Through internal messaging to external branding, social media, and strategic storytelling, you'll drive our presence in the market, industry, and community.

A strong candidate would be ready to embrace the following key responsibilities:

• Develop and solidify the OneBridge voice, establishing a consistent and compelling voice that aligns with our mission and values across all communication channels.
• Oversee the alignment of all external messaging (participants, employers/plan sponsors, partners, prospects, community) to brand and position the company in a consistent manner.
• Create processes that provide communication oversight while maintaining agility and responsiveness.
• Evaluate and implement communication tools to enhance engagement with external audiences, with an initial focus on employer/plan sponsors and partners.
• Maintain and update content including plan resources, forms, and other key documents via SharePoint and internal portals.
• Incorporate strategic messaging in ad-hoc communications, including letters, emails, mass notifications, and responses to business needs.
• Assist in developing messaging for RFP responses, assembling supporting materials, and creating compelling presentations for prospects, conferences, and partnerships.
• Advance brand awareness and market presence by reinforcing OneBridge’s reputation through external publications, third-party recognition, and community engagement.
• Act as a curator and moderator for OneBridge’s online presence, ensuring meaningful and impactful engagement on web and social media.
• Partner and collaborate with external design teams to ensure brand consistency while focusing on content creation.
  
  

An eligible candidate would have the following qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 5-10 years’ of professional experience in communications and/or marketing.
• Proven experience in corporate communication, marketing, or a related field (preferably within the service or insurance industry).
• Strong ability to create and maintain a consistent brand voice across multiple communication channels.
• Expertise in communication governance and the implementation of modern tools, including AI-driven communication platforms and digital content management systems (e.g., SharePoint), to streamline messaging and enhance efficiency.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience developing proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral.
• Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and drive alignment across departments.
• Strong project management skills, balancing strategic vision with tactical execution.
• Experience overseeing web and social media content strategy.
• Passion for engaging and empowering audiences through effective communication.
