OneCare LTC, LLC is a long-term care pharmacy specializing in providing medications to nursing homes, assisted living communities, and other long-term care communities.
We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician for our Automation department!
Job Summary:
Automation Pharmacy Technicians will be responsible for the fulfillment of prescriptions for our patients on a daily basis utilizing Parata ATP2 equipment.
What You Will Do:
- Fill daily/monthly prescriptions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Assist with preparing daily and monthly medication shipments
- Ability to lift 50 lb. totes of medications
- Communicate directly with the pharmacist
- Clean and maintain the Parata ATP2 equipment when necessary to ensure optimal performance
- Ensure that the Parata ATP2 machine has the correct and necessary supply of medication within the dispensing unit to prepare the medications for each facility
- Proper handling of all equipment
- Comply with all Michigan State rules and regulations
What You Will Bring:
Our ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of relevant experience and the following credentials/skills:
- Pharmacy Technician experience (1 year preferred)
- Pharmacy Technician License (Required)
- Pharmacy Technician Certification (Preferred)
- High School diploma or equivalent (Required)
- Experience with Parata and/or SynMed technology (Preferred)
- Moderate computer knowledge (Required)

Shift availability: Morning shift (8:00am-4:30pm) and Evening Shift (2:00pm-10:30pm) *Must work a combination of both shifts* Rotating weekend shifts are required as well.
