Job Description:
The Revenue Cycle Analyst – Cellular Therapy will be responsible for overseeing the Cellular Therapy RCM processes for the Tennessee Oncology practice pod. This position will be responsible for patient identification and tracking for CarT therapy along with billing, invoicing and managing CarT bundles.
Responsibilities:
Manage the patient financial selection process for the RCM/finance component, coordinating with RCM Managers in their respective areas of responsibility.
Maintain the project board with accurate information on pipeline candidates, as well as tracking the various stages of the CarT process accurately.
Act as liaison between the RCM team and the clinical team as it relates to CarT therapy.
Manage the billing of charges for active cellular therapy patients in the CarT RCM tracking software.
Actively participate in build out/workflow and best practice design of the CarT tracking software.
Manage global contracts and Single Case agreements including posting charges, tracking payments, handling invoices and processing check requests.
Provide expertise and guidance related to Cellular Therapy billing.
Collaborate with the finance team on accrual tracking and confirmation of entries.
Communicate with partners outside of the practice related to invoicing, payment and other necessary billing, payment and contract issues as it relates to RCM.
Maintain open communication with RCM managers and Clinical staff.
Perform other duties as assigned to help drive our mission of improving the lives of everyone living with cancer.

Qualifications:
Knowledge of cellular therapy guidelines and medical policies strongly preferred.
Knowledge of ICD10, CPT and HCPCS codes required.
Project Management experience a plus.
Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
1 years of experience in a community oncology setting preferred.
3 years of RCM healthcare experience required.
