Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Act as a strategic extension of the CEO—managing schedules, action items, meetings, and priorities
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion across high-level conversations and company matters
- Proactively manage calendar conflicts, task prioritization, and ensure the CEO’s time is optimized
- Collaborate with internal product, engineering, and business teams to gather updates and translate them
- Track key projects and initiatives, following up on deliverables and roadblocks
- Help organize technical proposals and business documentation in sync with the CEO’s direction
- Support key partner interactions, including scheduling, documentation, and follow-up
- Ensure smooth and timely communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare briefing materials, talking points, and meeting notes
- Assist in the preparation of decks, proposals, and communications
- Manage sensitive information with professionalism and integrity
- Keep things running smoothly behind the scenes—no matter how fast things move
- A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory (preferably in Engineering, Technology, Business, or related field)
- 4 years in an EA or strategic assistant role supporting senior executives
- Strong exposure to technology environments or startups is highly preferred
- Strong exposure to finance duties - analytics, payroll, cash flow
- High emotional intelligence, maturity, and integrity—you’ll be trusted with a lot
- Flexible schedule—this is not a 9-to-5 job
- Willingness to travel locally and internationally when needed (up to 25%)
- Strong proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Jira, etc.)
- Ability to operate with urgency, structure, and foresight
