We have an exciting job opportunity for an experienced Construction Accounts Payable Specialists to join our OneRestore Ocala Team.
As an Construction Accounts Payable Specialist you will be a critical part of our accounting team and the financial accuracy of the Company. Your attention to detail will ensure seamless Accounts Payable transactions, while your dedication will drive our commitment to excellence in accounts payable processes.
The ideal candidate for the Construction Accounts Payable Specialists job will have a strong foundation in accounting principles and procedures, understand accounts payable processes, double-entry accounting, and financial reconciliation. Experience in construction or restoration is beneficial.
Our Construction Accounts Payable Specialists compensation range is between $46,500 to $49,000 per year based on knowledge, skill, and experience.
The Construction Accounts Payable Specialists will be responsible for the following Key Result Areas:
- Invoice Processing Time: measure the time taken to process invoices from receipt to payment.
- Accuracy of Data Entry: ensure accurate and error-free data entry for invoices, payments, and other financial transactions.
- Vendor Relations: assess the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees, vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers which can contribute to favorable payment terms and discounts.
- Percentage of Invoices Paid on Time: monitor the percentage of invoices that are paid within agreed-upon terms.
- Compliance with Policies and Regulations: ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements in the accounts payable processes.
- Aging of Payables: track the aging of outstanding payables to identify and manage overdue payments effectively.
