Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide high-quality customer service while accurately diagnosing customer needs.
- Promote and sell products and services tailored to customer preferences.
- Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Document interactions and maintain accurate customer records.
- 1 years of experience in customer service and sales preferred, but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in computer usage, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries and adapt to changing situations.
- Positive attitude, with a commitment to excellent customer service.
