Duties
- Conduct technical recruiting to identify qualified candidates for specialized roles.
- Perform employee evaluations and assessments to ensure candidates meet the required qualifications.
- Conduct thorough interviews, both in-person and virtually, to assess candidate fit for the organization.
- Engage in HR sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of talent for current and future openings.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate applications and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
- Leverage tools such as ADP for effective lead generation and candidate management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, preferably in a technical field.
- Strong skills in employee evaluation, interviewing techniques, and candidate assessment.
- Familiarity with HR sourcing methods and best practices in recruitment.
- Proficiency in using ATS software for managing recruitment processes.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage candidates effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
