THE OPPORTUNITY:
This is an exciting opportunity to help support the evolution of our growing Talent Management and Human Resources (TM/HR) team. As a Talent Management Coordinator, you will be responsible for project coordination and an administrative liaison supporting the Talent Acqusition team.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Play a key supporting role to process firm-wide recruitment, onboarding, and other talent management initiatives
- Heavy calendar management, including responsibility for firm-wide candidate interview schedules and Talent Acquisition team meetings and events
- Act as an administrative liaison for the TM/HR group and develop trusting relationships with various internal and external stakeholders.
- Build effective relationships with Executive Assistants across all businesses and groups
- Manage all Talent Acqusition related data and materials ensuring that process participants have what they need in advance and information is effectively managed in HR systems
- Responsible for managing and submitting Talent Acquisition team expenses and invoices
- Arrange international and domestic travel for executives including flights, hotels, car rentals, and car service
WHAT YOU BRING:
- University degree is required
- 1-2 years of professional experience, ideally significant experience with scheduling and calendar management
- Interest in Talent Management and Human Resources
- Experience managing sensitive and confidential information
- Knowledge of HR technology, applicant tracking systems, and data management systems
- Experience with Group-level invoice processes
- Ability to support colleagues at various levels and locations of an organization
- Highly organized, detail oriented, and a sense of urgency to meet deadlines
- Positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality, reliable and consistent customer service
- Excellent and proactive oral and written communication
