- 1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
- Competitive Pay: $15.00 - $18.00/hour (depending on experience)

What You'll Do as a Groundsman:
- You'll play a vital role in maintaining our beautiful landscapes, cultivating organic gardens, and inspiring visitors.
- Tend to our diverse gardens, including watering, weeding, and fertilizing.
- Prune trees and shrubs to promote healthy growth.
- Implement sustainable agriculture practices like composting and natural pest control.
- Collaborate with experts to research and apply innovative gardening techniques.
- Lead volunteer teams and share your knowledge with community members.
- Care for our chickens and manage waste composting.
- Assist with general landscaping and event setup.
- Work closely with our property manager to achieve our sustainability goals.
Work Experience
The Preferred Candiate Might:
- Experience in gardening or landscaping
- Knowledge of sustainable agriculture principles
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Basic poultry and livestock care
- Volunteer management experience is a plus!
