What You'll Do as: IT Support Specialist
- Install, configure, and administer Microsoft Windows Server and desktop operating systems
- Provision accounts and manage Active Directory
- Install and configure infrastructure e.g. firewalls, switches, WAP, thin clients, security system
- Provision and support hardware e.g. computers, printers, handheld scanners and cell phones
- Review technology related problems and recommend solutions
Work Experience
Preferred Candidate Might:
- One to three years related experience
- Familiarity with RDBMS management and application development concepts
- Bachelor Degree in related field preferred
- Advanced proficiency with Windows server and desktop operating systems
- Experience troubleshooting Epicor 10/Kinetic issues
