IT Support Specialist
Our client is seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to provide comprehensive technical support for end-users, maintain IT infrastructure, and manage business applications. This role requires expertise in Windows operating systems, network troubleshooting, hardware provisioning, and database management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server and desktop operating systems
- Manage Active Directory and user account provisioning
- Install and support business applications (e.g., Epicor, phone systems)
- Set up and maintain network infrastructure (firewalls, switches, WAPs, security systems)
- Provide hardware support for computers, printers, scanners, and mobile devices
- Monitor and troubleshoot server performance, network alerts, and automated processes
- Design and execute SQL queries for reporting and problem resolution
- Manage SQL Server databases and reporting tools (SSRS, Crystal Reports)
- Troubleshoot and support Epicor 10 / Kinetic software
- Maintain and update corporate websites using WordPress
- Develop and maintain automation scripts (CMD, PowerShell)
- Train employees on Microsoft Windows, Office Suite, and other business software
- Assist with IT system upgrades, migrations, and documentation
