IT Support Specialist

Our client is seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to provide comprehensive technical support for end-users, maintain IT infrastructure, and manage business applications. This role requires expertise in Windows operating systems, network troubleshooting, hardware provisioning, and database management.

Key Responsibilities :

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server and desktop operating systems
• Manage Active Directory and user account provisioning
• Install and support business applications (e.g., Epicor, phone systems)
• Set up and maintain network infrastructure (firewalls, switches, WAPs, security systems)
• Provide hardware support for computers, printers, scanners, and mobile devices
• Monitor and troubleshoot server performance, network alerts, and automated processes
• Design and execute SQL queries for reporting and problem resolution
• Manage SQL Server databases and reporting tools (SSRS, Crystal Reports)
• Troubleshoot and support Epicor 10 / Kinetic software
• Maintain and update corporate websites using WordPress
• Develop and maintain automation scripts (CMD, PowerShell)
• Train employees on Microsoft Windows, Office Suite, and other business software
• Assist with IT system upgrades, migrations, and documentation
