What you'll do as: Pallet Builder/Sorter
- Reading and interpreting work orders and blueprints
- Selecting and inspecting quality raw materials
- Measuring and cutting wooden components accurately
- Assembling pallet components using appropriate tools
- Performing quality checks on finished pallets
Work Experience
The preferred candidate might:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Technical or vocational training in woodworking
- Proven excellence as a carpenter, woodworker, or pallet builder
- Familiarity with woodworking tools and measuring instruments
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
