Location: Madison, AL
Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM - 4:00 PM (occasional Saturday overtime)
Pay: $21/hour starting rate

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure compliance with quality standards, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective actions for quality-related issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product and process quality.
- Perform audits on processes, equipment, and materials to identify potential issues.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including control plans and inspection procedures.
- Train team members on quality standards and best practices.
- Utilize problem-solving techniques such as 8D, FMEA, and SPC to address and resolve quality challenges.
- Interface with customers and suppliers to ensure expectations are met and maintained.
Required Skills & Experience
- Education: High school diploma or GED required. An associate's or bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years in a quality role within a manufacturing environment; automotive industry experience is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in root cause analysis and implementing corrective/preventive actions.
- Hands-on experience with quality tools and methodologies (8D, FMEA, SPC, APQP).
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (candidates may be required to complete an Excel assessment as part of the hiring process).
- Familiarity with ISO/TS 16949 or IATF 16949 standards.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency with measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, CMM, etc.).
- Competency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
