ONIVERSE is looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner to join its headquarters in New York, NY!

Travel: less than 20% based on business needs

FLSA: Exempt

Annual Salary: $95K-$105K USD

The HR Business Partner manages and supports employees' relations for all Oniverse brands – which may include more than one brand. The HR Business Partner will work closely with the Sales Force leaders to support their staff development while maintaining consistent HR policies and procedures. They will also work in partnership with the HR Administration department. A successful HR Business Partner acts as an employee champion and change agent for the organization.

Responsibilities:

· Ability to maintain a high-level of confidentiality

· Provide advice and counsel to business and leaders to help mitigate risk and ensure best practices

· Partner with and manage monthly and quarterly reports with HR Administration

· Coordinate trainings with Sales Force leaders on training documents related to Talent Management topics

· Lead in-store investigations and provide proper documentation/suggestions on next steps to Sales Force Managers

· Lead on-boarding presentations and other HR projects as needed by the direction of the HR Director

· Collaborate with other country HR positions to share best practice sharing and new ways to engage employee populations depending on role, etc.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or any related field.

· 3 years of HR related experience

· Excellent management, organizational and problem-solving skills

· Familiar with MS Office
