In House Timekeeper Responsibilities
- Accurately allocate/enter time for a broad headcount from multiple projects via client timekeeping system, ie. Track, CDMS
- Reconciling internal data vs client systems in a timely manner
- Understanding of project budget and client contracts
- Review, and submit cost reports to client and Project Management
- Prepares client invoices in accordance with the contract terms, expectations and timelines.
- Monitors project balances on Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Unbilled and Unearned items
- Accuracy and ability to focus on details assuring a minimum amount of rework
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience as a timekeeper using Track/CDMS.
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Great interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Liaison between field and corporate payroll to address any related issues
- Ability to act with the required discretion when handling confidential information.
- Strong detail orientation with the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- MS Excel knowledge (Pivot Tables/VLookup)
- Successful completion of background/drug screening.
